TEAM LEVELS

• Gold - for advanced swimmers ages 11 and over who have achieved or are capable of USA Swimming Arizona B qualifying times.
• Silver 1 & 2 - for beginning competitive swimmers ages 12 and under who can swim one length freestyle with their face in the water and one length backstroke. 
• Bronze - for swimmers ages 12 and under just getting into swim team, who can swim one lap of the pool confidently. This group will focus on stroke development. Practice Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 6:15–7:15 pm, Friday 9:45-11 am 
• High School/Middle School Development– for swimmers 13 and over who can swim two lengths freestyle and one length backstroke. Great for swimmers who are interested in swimming in High School/Middle School or who are interested in cross training for other sports.
